Since the purpose of reading is comprehension, major goal comprehension instruction to help learners develop knowledge, skills, and strategies so that they become strategic readers who read for comprehension. Language teachers use as an tool assist into readers. However, range used by crucial. This paper presents classroom observations strategy four purposively selected English First Additional (FAL) teachers. The study was qualitative in nature a case design chosen. findings reveal did not provide opportunity support learners’ independent use.
